OTHER VISAS
There are various other visas both short-term and long term visas for various purposes and reasons. We have listed a few of the most commonly used visas below :
Visitor Visas
These are visas for purposes of short visits. It is for a genuine visitor to visit Australia as a tourist, visit relatives and friends. The visa may be for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Work & Holiday Visas
These visas are issued to applicants from specific eligible countries for purposes of holiday and work for specific periods of time. It is for people 18 to 30 years old (inclusive). The visa is for 12 months and can be extended further.
Working Holiday Visas
These visas are for people between 18 to 30 years old (inclusive) from eligible countries. The visa is for 12 months and can apply for a second visa if they meet certain eligibility criteria.

There are various types of bridging visa for different purposes and different needs.
Resident Return Visas
This visa enables you to return back to Australia as a permanent resident in the event you leave Australia after your travel validity expires, or it expires when you are outside Australia.
Medical Treatment Visas
This visa is for people who wish to travel to or remain longer in Australia for purposes of medical treatment or to support someone needing medical treatment.
